For those with a technical bias, I asked Teresa Lo--the best chartist/technical person I've ever met--to look at qualcomm's chart in her Saturday Summit today. Whatever the current news/hype, and tero's turnaround, which is fairly impressive, the chart does not look pretty (she uses her own proprietary swing charts). I've been watching it for a while now but I think I will wait for 38--if it should retrace there again. Who knows.
