Evidently, there was an unpleasant split between Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting.... I think it would be just plain Arthur Andersen who would be the auditors... Did some checking...(opensecrets.org) They seem to have donated to both parties....more Rep than Dem....but not large totals...at least that I could find quickly. Speaking of totals....It does strike me rather funny....Some of the people and media folks talk about $100,000 and $150,000 as a great deal of money to donate... Heck, checking how much a WSJ ad for a full page one day is: ready for this..............$160,000!! Wonder how much a NY Times ad full page for one day is?
