Hello Marcos,

You are right when you say considered "muy mexicana la plata", if i remember well, the word "plata" can also be interchanged with "dinero" and mean money as well as silver, am i right? ("Tiene mucha plata ese cabron...") I was once told i must have learned my Spanish in the market, not a compliment really, but i took it as such ... since i really learned in much worse places ... Spent 1 year in Mexico when i was 19, those days are good memories.
