I might argue that the major growth in cell phones, and probably PC's and networks, is behind us.

Defining cell phones as voice devices, you are probably correct. I might argue that in many parts of the world currently without voice services of any kind, we can still see major growth in wireless voice, but that is another story. Expanding the definition to wireless et al, I would say we are on the cusp of a major growth engine in wireless data. This is where removable flash memory is needed, to store data.
