Israel has been waging an economic, relgious, and public realtions war against the Palestinian people since the early 1900's. That is in addition to the military one that continues. Peace is an Israeli idea, now that they have a stranglehold on the Palestinians. By some strange logic, the Israelis think that they can return a small portion of their booty and all we will forgotten. The United Sattes makes that mindset legitimate.
