I would also ask as it relates to Enron. What should the Bush administration have done instead? What would Democrats liked to see them do? Would they have preferred Bush bail them out and prevent the company from going bankrupt?

Enron is a *business* scandal pure and simple. The management of the company failed their stakeholders miserably.

It's really as simple as that...
