Nov 8, 2002 is Martin Armstrongs PEI 8.6 year turn showing a model bottom next 8.6 month bottom is on Feb 18, 2002...based on some commentary that I've read, a sideways move into that timeframe will be the "kiss of death" for the bullish case, but it is "doubtful" that move will occur
