mr c.- i don't have HBO anymore. they changed the scrambling method a couple of years ago - i would have to pay if i want it now. i don't watch enough movies. in fact, bridgette works at a movie complex a half mile from the house and can get me in free to all the movies. i haven't gone once. i'd rather direct LIVE TV than a movie. it's like instrument flying. 9,000 things to watch and adjust all at once - it gets the adrenalin going sometimes. i'd like to do a monday night football game. movies take too long to make - i need instant gratification. one movie i'd like to make is "cosmic banditos" ...from a paperback i read in the 80s. but john cusack is supposed to be making it right now - and starring in it i think. aweisbecker.com that's one i'll go see if it ever gets made. -a.c.weisbecker'sdog'sjohnson interesting news item on TV just now: president dubya faints after pretzel encounter.
