Hyduke Increases Financing Facilities
CALGARY, ALBERTA--Mr. John Babic Reports

Hyduke Resources Ltd. intends on replacing its current loan facilities with a new financial arrangement. The Company has received a financing commitment for a $15 million revolving credit facility and $6.5 million term debt facility. The combined facility totals $21.5 million.

In addition to replacing the current loan facilities, the new financing facility will provide the Company with a strengthened balance sheet to complete the acquisitions currently underway, as well as other future growth opportunities.

Hyduke Resources Ltd. is an integrated oilfield services company specializing in the manufacture, repair and sales of oilfield equipment and supplies. The range of products include oilfield service rigs, pump trucks, generator & combination buildings, pneumatic controls, various models of truck mounted cranes, oilfield supplies, drilling tools, machining and fabrication services.
