Tuesday October 16, 8:39 am Eastern Time Press Release Hyduke Increases Financing Facilities CALGARY, ALBERTA--Mr. John Babic Reports Hyduke Resources Ltd. intends on replacing its current loan facilities with a new financial arrangement. The Company has received a financing commitment for a $15 million revolving credit facility and $6.5 million term debt facility. The combined facility totals $21.5 million. In addition to replacing the current loan facilities, the new financing facility will provide the Company with a strengthened balance sheet to complete the acquisitions currently underway, as well as other future growth opportunities.
