John,

I'm frustrated because of my belief that the problem lays in marketing.

I can't stand the fact that the company is putting the blame on external forces, which may lead people to discount current projections. I made a suggestion to the company the other day, and hope they follow it.

This was supposed to be the quarter with a V stock price, but it wasn't due to increase time lag for cash prices strategy (as witnessed with SSS). A good marketing program was supposed to narrow this lag. How can the company not see this as the key factor to its current problems?

At anyrate, they are now under increase pressure to perform. This is the real challenge, and if they listen to me they will be successful in increasing SSS, EBITDA, and stock price. You can win the competition by outsmarting them. Competitors will always be there; it's time to face real issues. With most employee options underwater, new ears will now open.

Marty
