Scopus made a big score today, announcing that their telecommunications module will be an integral part of a marketing and development agreement with Cincinatti Bell. Cincinatti Bell has a couple subsidiaries that specialize in call center and customer care business, making the agreement with Scopus a natural.

Many feel that the larger companies in this sector which also offer the full range of front office products have an advatange over the smaller companies (such as Software Artistry which I own). This announcement of the partnership with Cincinatti Bell is a good example of why they might be right. :)
