07:40 ET Ariba (ARBA) 7.17: Goldman Sachs upgrades to MKT OUTPERFORM to Mkt Perform ahead of what firm believes will be very good results when it reports earnings on Jan 22. Believes co's balance sheet is stabilizing with strong cash and deferred revenue positions. Firm would accumulate shares up to the $10 level.
