Hi rctrader2, actually it was Tom Allinder who said that OTCBB and Pink Sheets don't get halted. Message 16903438 I agreed with him, but it was sort of with the understanding that he meant that its a common occurance for NASDAQ stocks to get halted for simply dissemination of news, while OTCBB stocks almost never get halted for that reason or any other. But the do get halted every so often. The same goes for massive dilution. IFCI, OCCF, and plenty of other NASDAQ stocks see their float diluted. But its not "standard operating procedure/way of life" like it is on the OTCBB. Chris
