Still here Gord. I think the movement in the SP the last couple of days may relate in part to a meeting Evans had with fund managers last Thursday. The variance between the Messina NAV and those of SWC and PDL properties at that meeting was pretty striking , I am told. Buying certainly looks institutional. Regards.
