KM: Discouraging price action indicates outcome will be very bad for KM. Perhaps some stores must be closed, and maybe only way for KM to cancel leases is by going through bankruptcy. That would/could/will be ugly.

For me, rather than sell my position now for a certain 50%+ loss, I'd rather hold at this point for more information -- resulting in either a total decimation in the stock or else some positive development and stock recovery.

For anybody else who also knows no more than what the media report, and who is considering purchasing KM, I'd say to avoid the situation unless they are very gutsy bettors. I keep a well-diversified portfolio, KM is a small (but painful) bet for me, and I'm somewhat used to being in these awful situations. Sometimes they workout, sometimes not.
