July may be a little soon. They expire in less than 3 weeks. I'm looking a little farther out. At least three months. I think semis are overbought long term, but short term the momentum appears to be stagnant. If the market gets the jitters, as it appears it may, those july ones may be just what the "doctor" ordered. However, i like the amat puts the best. Long term prospects certainly are not much better than lscc's, and it is trading at ridiculous levels. Somewhere in the range of august to october is what looks good.
