Nope. my guess is that 9/11 would have not happened for two reasons, first our Government would have been more aware to prevent it, and second, El Bin Laden would have recognized that the Gore leadership wanted peace and would not have been so anxious to pull the trigger. But you can guess whatever you like, even blame Bush's fainting on Clinton if you like.
