Ok DLGC sports fans, the board has been too quiet. Just
wanted to drop a quick note to discuss the current
quarter. I'm looking for $.28 in eps in the current
quarter ending 6/31.. This # is essentially where many
of the analysts are on the second quarter. This
represents a solid sequential increase over the $.20
in q1. I don't expect the new CFO's presence to be felt
internally in q2. However, I do expect the wall street
types to contemplate this change on the regular
quarterly conference call. Fundamentally, the new CFO
should impact q3 and by q4 shareholders should be
whistling dixie.

Also, I must add that with the exception of DLGC &
PAIR(HDSL) I have been successful this year with
several other controversial small cap issues in a
market dominated by large cap companys. The only
reason I bring this up is that I believe more
strongly in DLGC's success than any of the
companies where we ripped the cover off the ball.
I say this so the engineers among us maintain the
courage of their conviction. This is the most
difficult aspect of small cap investing and is
exascerbated by institutional dominance(mutual Funds)
with a 3 month investment horizon.

I will do an extensive design win and financial review
once q2 results are announced. Also, remember that DLGC
is trying to capture several significant revenue
opportunities that may cause spending in the R&D line
to grow in excess of revenue during cal 97 (not 98).
This spending will be returned to shareholders as
revenue is recognized(new CFO).

Finally, I must inform the board that I recently bot 200
shares of MSFT for the up and comming NT product cycle.
In my 9 years of following the tech and com sectors, of
the stock market I must confess I have never witnessed
what is about to be unleashed on the technology
industries with Windows NT. This is the future, and if
you can't beat em join em as we are with DLGC.

Hope this post helps...

Happy Investing, Jay....
