How can I forget what clearly didn't exist. Click on that chart. I think there is a legal term that fits this..."res ipso loquitor". It means "the thing speaks for itself". The pump happened during Clinton's watch, not Bush's. You said that it was Bush's and Cheney's energy policy that allowed the ENE sitch, but they were not in office during the years that ENE was going unchecked. Clinton was. I am not saying that Clinton had any part in any wrong doing, just that it is absurd to say that it was the current administration's energy policy that allowed ENE to get where it is today.
