Yeah, the positions held up well despite some massive carnage. The Jan 3 COMPX gap was closed with the expected bounce.It will probably retest tomorrow. CSCO bounced at the upper border of its' Jan 3 gap which shows relative strength. All of this on light volume. INTC broke out with volume and the SMH did just fine. All my indicators are oversold.

Ya gotta go with your instincts jw. yours have fared you well so far. I have found that when things look as bleak as they do, you have to have good entrees and be in, to fully participate. Typically these situtaions either gap up in the a.m. and never look back, or they gap down and ramp off a "V".

I may be bearish, but the continued deterioration of equities into the abyss scenario is remote. When I wake up in the morning, the sun rises, people are driving to work, my daughter is laughing and my wife has a smile in her face. Just another day.
