There seems to be alot of talk about .25u chips lately. I follow the semi industry and know that LRCX and AMAT, etc have equipment that can get down to .25u, but with lousy yeilds. As far as I know no one is doing any major production at .25u. If you know for a fact that a company is manufacturing at .25u, please let me know who. Thanks dave
