Gold data was from GFMS annual surveys

Pease and Curren website peaseandcurren.com came up fine for me.
I just called the 800 number (800-343-0906) and their answering machine still works.

Silver Institute studies are actually done by GFMS ;)
Don't think the 2001 Silver Survey comes out until May ?
There is a decade of supply/demand numbers at:
silverinstitute.org

I've been working on my COINSHEET site, just added 72 central banks, and getting close to almost 2600 links. Compiling silver data has to go further down on my "to do" list
