Return Chinese occupied provinces and annexed nations to the independence and free self determination of the peoples living there, currently enslaved by the COMMUNISTS and PLA. Then China is not a threat to anyone, that is right, I mean dismantle the CHINESE COMMUNIST EMPIRE PERIOD. It worked for the Soviet Union. It worked for the British Empire, the French Empire, The Ottoman Empire, the Spanish Empire. Divide China or China will Conquer.
