$$ NEWS $$ Itronics Resumes GOLD'n GRO Fertilizer Tank Truck Shipments
RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 15, 2002--Itronics Inc. (OTC BB: ITRO) today reported that its subsidiary, Itronics Metallurgical, Inc., has resumed shipping tank truck loads of its ``earth friendly'' GOLD'n GRO liquid fertilizers from its Reno processing plant to California distributors.
``The season is off to an early start because of the mild winter that the western U.S. is experiencing,'' said Dr. John Whitney, Itronics' President. ``Sales resumed to California in early January, much earlier than anticipated.''
``With tank truck loads now being shipped out of Reno, sales of GOLD'n GRO fertilizer for the first quarter are expected to be significantly higher than in the prior year, both in volume and revenues,'' said Dr. Whitney. ``Sales in the first part of January are already more than five times greater than last January's total.''

Sure would be nice to get GPXM Mineral Ridge mine up and running, ITRO could then test their process to replace Cyanide.
