There goes 1/3 of TLAB's $1 billion cash reserve....... "Tellabs paid $355 million in cash and options for privately-held Ocular Networks." biz.yahoo.com Buying the startup = more expenses probably since the product are early stage. So now they have an excuse to guide to EPS losses in H1:02, and hope for accretion sometime in the future. This stock is going to single digits if you ask me...... Elroy
