Keith, Assume that there will be two different "models", as you state a 3G model for voice (let's call this model "value" and a 3G model for voice and data (name, "premium") The "value" model really doesn't do that much for consumers, on the other hand that model will add capacity to the network. The "premium" model is full 3G. Don't you believe that these two "models" should be distinguished among each other?
