Agreement signed between Laforza Distributors, Inc. and Entrénet2 Capital Advisors, LLC
Escondido, California - (Business Wire) - December 13, 2001 - Laforza Automobiles, Inc. (NQB pink sheets: LFZA) (OTCBB: LFZA) today announced an agreement between Laforza Distributors, Inc. ("LDI") and Entrénet2 Capital Advisors, LLC.
As previously announced Laforza Distributors, Inc. has purchased the worldwide distribution rights from Laforza Automobiles, Inc. with a secured promissory note for $4,800,000. Laforza Distributors, Inc. will work with Laforza to establish distributors and dealer networks throughout the world. Entrénet2 Capital Advisors, LLC ("Entrénet2") has been engaged by Laforza Distributors, Inc. to assist LDI to secure capital financing.
