I never said joe Six Pack was capable of performing research. I said he is free to walk in a store and figure out which phone he wants to buy - a low end voice only CDMA2000 phone or a high end CDMA2000 voice and data phone. Both are 3G since CDMA2000 is a 3G network.

I take my cues from Jacobs. He said the division in the wireless market will be driven by low end CDMA2000 handsets and high end voice and data handsets. If you think PCS is going to get sued for misleading advertising because of differnet layers of marketing for 3G products, you are entitled to your opinion. I couldn't give a flying duck.
