I read somewhere that shredding documents after an audit is actually SOP. Corporate attorney's want anything that isn't part of the audit when completed or part of the supporting documents shredded there by leaving nothing but documents that support your audit to simplify things in a lawsuit.

That may not seem proper but if it is true and SOP then it would appear that many in DC are becoming hysterical over nothing in regards to paper shredding.

Long and the short of it is we have criminal's running a company and defrauding stockholders with the help of an auditing firm who was supposed to safeguard us. If Anderson wasn't actually involved they were at the very least incompetent and need to pay a price.

Again I think the true fallout from this could be more scrutiny during audits which may find that ENE is just the tip of the iceberg. I mean if they start truly looking at this pro forma junk, etc., it could get real ugly.
