It's the "material misleading info" I'm worried about. I don't think the issue is the recent restatement. After all, why would the potential class be limited to individuals who bought on the June '96 offering? We all were burned by that, not just the original purchasers of the stock. I've got to believe that it is something else; and that's why I'm worried now. Everyone keep your eyes and ears open as I'm sure the company will not release anything on this.
