<<Cook the books, and you could end up being the cook in a prison somewhere....>>

LOL...that should be the case...The top Enron Execs were very reckless too and they failed to live up to their fiduciary responsibilities TO ALL THE KEY STAKEHOLDERS....It also seems like there could be an intention to commit fraud and insider trading. I expect lots of indictments in the next few months. If its proven that the Enron Management team is guilty then they should pay a HUGE PRICE -- it doesn't matter who they know now. Nothing would please me more than seeing those arrogant and greedy execs have to liquidate the vast majority of their ASSets and spend years in prison thinking about what they have done. On top of that they should do some serious community service. It's a good thing I'm not the Judge...I might send them down to Cuba to join the Taliban...Opps, I forgot we should treat them like U.S. citizens...=)

All JMHO.

Regards,

Scott
