St. Louis RAM'S BLADDER CUP

Ram's Bladder Cup is a firm favourite amongst devoted chocolate connoisseurs. Blending chocolate and local delicacies, Whizzo has produced a sweet with a cult following, something that is very hard to do.

RECIPE
Makes around six chocolates
INGREDIENTS

* 1 reasonably sized St. Louis Ram's bladder
* Sesame Seeds
* 500g Whizzo Milk Fondue Chocolate
* Monosodium glutamate- for taste
* 200mL lark's vomit- NOTE: This ingredient is extremely important

METHOD

1. Clear the kitchen surface and wash your hands
2. Cut the ram's bladder into moderate chunks
3. Empty the chunks, and steam them for five minutes, adding sesame seeds at the same time
4. Melt the chocolate, whipping into a fondue as you go, and add the monosodium glutamate
5. Place the chunks into a bowl, and add a small amount of the fondue at a time, until you have enough to cover the chunks
6. Brush the chunks with the lark's vomit for extra flavouring
7. Serve each chunk individually as an after-dinner snack with cream, or serve them all in a fondue or mousse

CONSUMER COMMENTS

"I hardly think this is good enough"- Praline again
"I used the punters bladder, because it's not as tough" ...Annette

Note: Don't try this at home.
