Wayne: What I am saying is that if that were to occur, based on technicals, there would be a problem. Many times the problem is not obvious until after the market tanks and the truth comes out a al enron. Any technician looking at their chart who say the failure knew there was a problem. I had a friend who was touting Enron to me and I looked at the chart and told him to get out as soon as possible. He did not take that advice and took a bath. I am a great believer in chart reading and all I am saying is that if this stock goes to 1.40, I won't be there. Little joe
