Evening Dale;

I also have purchased stock at the low bid of the day. Usually I
place a day order at the bid price near end of day after watching
the trades. Mostly on AMEX. Someone once told me that the
MM will accept the trade to round out their trades(books?) for the
day. Doesn't always work but sometimes worth the try. Good Luck.
