They are pretty far apart in their estimates for time and cost to convert.>>> It is the blind leading the deaf, dumb, and blind. These conversion projects always cost more and takes longer than expected. The Gartner Group in all liklihood reissued a generic scepticism report from their GENERIC SCEPTICAL REPORT FILE ARCHIVE. It is not as if they know anything. That is the bad news. The good news is that the conversion project is on time and within budget - because as we all know - it is going to take more time and more money than originally estimated. That is the norm. Mary
