Dear Mark: Calif energy crisis promoted by Davis stupidity Enron bankruptcy long time in coming promoted by extremely risky contracts entered into during PREVIOUS administration that came home to roost when economy turned and energy prices FELL. 9/11 IMHO can be solely attributed to the wishy washy responses by Clinton which emboldened these terrorists to greater acts. jdn
