We dropped The Bomb and ended the war Did you?? The entire American leadership was for pursuing a surrender. How was one high school graduate able to overrule the most intelligent people in the world??? "That's what happens when you lose a war. Who gives a ****" You don't know anything about me. But I can assure you: I have far more compassion and support for both Canadians, Rebels, and Yankees than you have a clue about. You don't even try to read your world war 11 history with an eye to learning. Your only goal is to buttress your egoistic impression before some of your peers whom you have come to rely on here. You don't seek truth; you seek to defend. So be it. What a waste of time...
