I don't know much about trading futures- but I do know that if one can somehow manage to lose 1/2 their capital in 20 minutes- they are way too leveraged. Risk is a 2 way street. Margin is like alcohol- It's probably best to just avoid it, and if you must indulge, moderation is the best policy.
