Unless my counting is wrong, they'd "only" have to open down 30 to reach 1582 from close (1612-1582)...even down 25, and we going to hit down 30 within a minute-two of open, IMO... I'd love to know which analysts had 5.5B....I bet only a couple...everyone clown I saw had 6B and above...and Niles upped the ante there at end...however, you certainly got the range right (or Bloomberg)..sorry for any misunderstanding.. And yes, I think this is a bad, bad number...but, like you, expect a bounce, but as said, I'm having a hard time constructing getting back to highs (and above) by Feb. 4th..
