I always use stops as part of my system because I cannot pull the trigger when a position starts moving against me.. I have a tendency to just watch it and hope it will go back. so I use stops to protect against making wrong decisions. in this case the stop was my downfall because there's no way I would have traded that spike and it would have come right back down.. the stop killed me rok
