Are you saying that Peres urging caution is "sensible" or my comments??

Guess I feel that most of the time (not always) the IDF actions are correct.

In light of this from a Jerry Golden report (Christian living in Israel) -----
You have undoubtedly been hearing about the Palestinian houses that were
destroyed in Gaza near the Rafah border crossing into Egypt. So let's talk about the
numbers first. It was reported by CNN, BBC, that 70 houses were destroyed and
that there were 100 made homeless. Before the day was over it was being reported
by the same News agencies that the numbers were 58 houses and 500 homeless. So
maybe you'd like some truth, it was in reality 21 houses that were being used by
weapon and drug smugglers. These houses were all being used to hide not only the
tunnels that come from the other side of the border but were also being used by the
Palestinian snipers to shoot at the IDF as they patrolled the border between Israel
and Egypt. It is also worth mentioning that when they had a large shipment of
drugs or arms coming through the tunnels, that would be the time they started
gunfights with the IDF. This was their decoy to cover for the smuggling activities.
Palestinians were living in absolutely none of these houses. What has happened is
the PA went into Gaza and brought out people for the benefit of the international
Red Cross. But what is more disturbing is CNN, BBC and the International Red
Cross know it, but will not report it. But to add insult to injury, they found
footage of a past event that has already been shown on Israeli TV and gave that to
CNN & BBC to show these poor homeless Palestinian people. And both these
agencies have shown it to the world, and they know it is a lie.
