On the Dow, notice:
-the thin sell signal confirmation by the DMI lines
-Stochastic moving into the oversold zone (one might expect a bounce soon)
-ADX is at 13.9 and falling, so Stochastic is still the signal to watch
-but if ADX turns up, indicating the start of a new trend, it'll be time to watch the MACD, and the MACD is falling (bearish)
-Chaikin Money Flow is negative.
For my part, I take these as indications that a great deal of caution is warranted.
