You have me intrigued on this one.

First, how do you know that Kingsway, a holding company as you allege, has bought 18M shares?

Second, how can the acqusition of 18M shares be considered a "boiler room" operation? As I understand boiler room operations the whole idea is to get others to purchase the stock by hyping and deception. Do you have any evidence of this? To whom are they deceiving and hyping the stock too? Has the hyping and deception already begun? Can you tell us roughly when these 18M shares were purchased?

Enquiring minds got to know.
