Larry...do u own OREX?...it was a dog when i owned it...i sold on que to announcement of write offs...OREX has several problems:

1) Product, once thought of as great, is suspect

2) Industry buying entities have extreme requirements which OREX has yet proven it can meet

3) competes agst Baxter and other big hunchos

4) unproven mgmt...(and former mgmt was incompetent or deceitful)

there is more...but it makes a case for its current stock price
