John, It is clear to me they are simply quoting the EPA position on ozone generators used as home air cleaners. "If used at concentrations that do not exceed public health standards, ozone applied to indoor air does not effectively remove viruses, bacteria, mold, or other biological pollutants." epa.gov Obviously this does not apply to a sealed chamber or unoccupied building, but they have once again promoted the notion that ozone does not work.
