<<Do you not realize we live in a country where there is one justice system for the rich, and one for the poor, generally speaking?>>
So long as we continue to have rich get charged and pay the fees, all is well. It is all a matter of perspective.
<<Rich and or influential crooks mostly get slapped on the wrist if at all>>
They just get punished by their lawyers rather than by the government. Equity's perspective sometimes appears differently.
Of course, the sad part is that the innocent who get found that way also get punished since there are few, if any, ways for them to get back the time, sweat, and money (and sometimes friends and family) that a trip through the system costs. Again, all a matter of perspective.
So, relatively speaking, a few sports scores are not such a big deal. Treat it like a commercial and ignore it. The fact that you care enough about the sports scores to remember it and post about it means that CNBC marketing and programming have likely done their jobs well. Again, a matter of perspective.
