Morning Mitch

It is very difficult to argue morality apart from an existent God, because my arguments are predicated on just such a God. However if you are willing to grant me that God exists for the sake of my arguments, (The term God, meaning the God of the Bible) then I am willing to grant you that He does not for the sake of yours.

My proposition is this; If God does not exist then no absolute standard for morality is possible. Further; If no absolute standard for morality can be arrived at then the use of such moral terms as right and wrong are rendered meaningless, outside of mutual agreement.

Your ball :0)
