I bought some Franco/Nevada (stock) quiet awhile ago and just sat on it (actually forgot I even owned it ;-) Until yesterday, when I received in the mail, a booklet about 3/4" thick about NEM's buyout of FNM. Apparently I have to decide to either cash out or go for a .8/shr switch to NEM. Any thoughts?? Bill/WA
