I stumbled into this by accident... I was looking for a Camry, and was in town visiting my dentist. Across the road from the dentist was a Lexus dealer, and next door was a Toyota dealer. (No big surprise, it was really one dealership.) Anyway, I went through the wrong door and found myself in the Lexus showroom. The interaction with the Lexus salespeople was nothing like the usual torture I experience when car shopping. These guys behaved as if I had a brain and also as if my time had some value. When they realized I was after a Camry, they said that wasn't a problem at all, and they would be just as pleased to sell a Camry as a Lexus. I've passed this trick onto a friend who then visited a Lexus dealer and bought a Corolla. Her experience was similar to mine. Bye4Now, FD.
