RICHMOND, Calif., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGMO - news) today announced that it has signed a collaborative research agreement with Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories, the pharmaceutical division of American Home Products Corporation (NYSE: AHP - news). Under the terms of this agreement, Sangamo will provide gene specific zinc finger DNA binding proteins, or ZFPs, to Wyeth-Ayerst for use in its internal research programs.
